Not only were both couples arrested for incident exposure, plus incident exposure to minors (under age of 16, under age of 13, under age of 10 and under). I evicted them on the spot.
On the other side is a quarter-slab “basketball shooting” section (the paved area was there… originally for the dumpsters, were moved to the front right corner of property due to safety and enabling the sanitation department to empty the dumpster out without damaging tenant’s property and my building), which a former Tenant found and we put the pole with backboard already mounted. The backyard is common to all - while it’s fenced in… all tenants are allowed to use the backyard. There’s a small playground on the left corner side of the property that has a swing set, a see-saw and a couple of springy animals and a medium sized sand pit, and a tether-ball pole, on the far north side was the dog run, where their dogs can peep and poop and run.
They were given a “written warning of violation”. They did close the curtains and the blinds. Well, that was short lived and they were right back at it again, and one father called me AFTER they phoned the police!
